Please note we work office hours only: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. If you email us on Friday you may not get a reply until monday/tuesday  the following week.

We have a fast efficient email service and we aim to reply the same day, but please allow up to 48 working hours especially during busy periods. We receive a large volume of daily emails so your patience is appreciated. You will not believe the amount of emails we get sometimes saying "I have emailed you 3 times now and had no reply" and then you find out they have emailed on Friday night, Saturday morning and then Sunday night!

If you are emailing about an order you have placed, please include all the sale details such as part number, date of order, your name, etc. This enables us to respond to you quickly. We get a huge amount of emails with no basic info like this for example "I ordered a part on thursday, when will it be here?" Emails like this are very time consuming and difficult. A more appropriate email would be "Hi, I ordered a 63736 radiator on the 16th, my narme is Simon Jones, I was just wondering when it would be dispatched, thanks"

In a similar fashion we also receive emails like this "Hi, do you have any brake pads in stock?"  Errr, what brake pads and for what model!! If you are interested in a part please email with all the details including exactly what you are after and your exact engine, model and year. This enables us to respond to you quickly in an efficient manner.

We often get asked for a telephone number. Unfortunately we do not operate a telephone sales service. Our mail order business is completely internet based and all transactions are processed online. Hence why we have a fast efficient email service that operates alongside our website.
