Online Payments

We accept most major credit and debit cards via Paypal - our secure online payment service. More information about Paypal and their terms of conditions can be found on their website www.paypal.co.uk. Please be aware that you do not need to set up a Paypal account to order from us, if you choose to, you can simply make payment using your credit/debit card. However we advise you to set up a Paypal account if you haven't already got one, as this enables you to track payments and make future purchases.

 

Paypal e-cheques

Please be aware that these take around 10 days to clear and they show as pending payment until they clear. We cannot dispatch any item until your e-cheque has cleared. An e-cheque occurs when you have your bank account details on file instead of a credit card. If your account balance is less than the amount you are paying, Paypal will upload funds from your bank account and this is the process that takes around 10 days to clear.

 

Cheque Payments

We also accept payment by cheque. To pay by cheque you must include a completed order form. Please make cheque's payable to "Yates & Bloomfield" and post to: 106parts.com, Unit 12A, Waterfoot Business Centre, Rossendale, Lancashire. BB4 9HU. Please be aware that cheques take 5 working days to clear after we have paid them in. Your item will not be dispatched until your cheque has cleared.

 

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are automatically calculated depending on the size and value of your order. We use Royal Mail franked business mail, Nightfreight and Parcelforce couriers for delivery within the UK. For international deliveries we use Royal Mail Small Packet service and Parcelforce Euro 48 & scheduled international services.

UK Exceptions

Delivery surcharges apply to the following areas when sent with our couriers

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Scilly Islands

International Exceptions

Certain large high value items such as engines, exhausts, seats, roll cages cannot be delivered internationally.

We reserve the right to refuse any international delivery

 

Collections

We do not have a collection service, but in certain circumstances personal collection may be possible if an appointment is arranged in advance. Please bring two forms of personal identification e.g. driving licence or utility bill.

Under no circumstances, please do not simply "turn up" to collect an order as if you haven't made an appointment you will probably be disappointed if your order hasn't been processed or the item is not in stock.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations and changes are possible if we haven't already dispatched your item. You must inform us immediately by email what item you want to cancel or change. If you are cancelling an order, please allow up to 5 working days for a refund to be processed.

Special order items are subject to a cancellation fee of 15%

 

Returns

Returns are accepted based on our terms and conditions. Exceptions apply.

You must return items within 10 days (excluding warranty cases) in a new and unused condition and in original packaging. If you do not we may retain the item(s) and / or not refund at all or refund the current or last selling price. You must include a covering letter with your item stating all your details.

We reserve the right to refuse any item based on our terms and conditions.

Exceptions

If the item has been fitted or used we cannot refund unless the item is faulty. We are unable to refund return postage on non-faulty items.

Made to order items items can only be returned if found to be faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Where a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken. Your statutory rights are not affected.


 

Prices

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within fourteen days and is in new condition. Certain products cannot be returned. See section above, for details. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling. Prices of items displayed on and ordered through our website may differ from prices elsewhere.

 

Availability

All orders for products are subject to availability. Although we try to keep as much as possible in stock, its inevitable that from time to time items will be out of stock. This is often due to circumstances beyond our control. We rely on manufacturer stock, lead times and back orders, and this can fluctuate depending on the time of year, the product or the manufacturer.

We have given the availability of each item supplied on our website. This is based on 6 years worth of order and supply and is as accurate as possible. Please be aware this is only a guide, and not a guarantee of delivery time.

If you need to know the exact availability of any item we strongly advise you to email us before ordering, especially if you need it by a certain date.
